ViraCoat’s Neutrapodal™ Technology has been incorporated into the ViraCoat COVID-eliminating Virucidal FFP2 Mask at a manufacturing level, to inactivate the virus and help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and other bacteria to an efficacy of 99.9% within 5 minutes of contact.*
With stringent, comprehensive safety R&D and approvals, our next-generation FFP2 Mask has been scientifically demonstrated to have profound antiviral properties against SARS-CoV-2 (including new strains), Influenza (PR8 strain), and Bacteria (E. coli).
Virucidal, Antiviral & Antimicrobial Face Mask
Neutrapodal™ technology
ViraCoat’s FFP2 Virucidal Masks consist of 5 layers, all of which are EN149:2001+A1:2009 compliant. The innermost and face-touching layer is a soft, absorbent non-woven fabric followed by two layers of melt-blown cloth, which both collectively act as a filter. The outermost layer is a hydrophobic Neutrapodal™-coated layer.
Unique to regular masks, the high-touch areas including ear loops and outermost layer of ViraCoat’s Masks are impregnated with Neutrapodal™ formulation to provide a physical and chemical barrier, protecting both wearers and others from the transfer of infections and providing an environment to instantly kill microbes to help reduce the contamination.

Manufacturing in the United Kingdom
Our products are manufactured within the United Kingdom, where they are wrapped and packaged in a box of 25 units, complete with instructions, before being handed to our network of international distributors.
Our Virucidal Masks are long-life and reusable– the virucidal properties mean less-frequent replacement may be required throughout the day.
Each Mask is ergonomically shaped for comfort and ease of use, and fitted with an adjustable nose bridge to ensure an optimal seal.
